Every teacher is assigned a notebook computer for their exclusive use. Some other staff are also given notebook computers for their use. Our district is primary a PC district, with the majority of our staff using PC computers.

Data backups for notebook computer users are NOT automatic

Software updates are performed periodically.  Our district subscribes to several software agreements that make us eligible for updates.  We roll out these updates as they become available and are tested.  All requests for new or updated software must go through our Spiceworks Help Desk

Personal devices are not allowed to connect to district networks.
